Superyacht Australia develops and promotes Australia as a unique cruising destination and also reinforces to the world the international competitiveness of the Australian refit and repair sector. Superyacht Australia is a division of the Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX) who are the peak body representing Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industries.

Membership Options:

Below are the membership options available to businesses with a presence in Australia servicing the Superyacht Industry.

Platinum Member – $10,000 + GST

For major business in the superyacht industry that benefit from or attend international events and marketing, such as superyacht shipyards.

Gold Membership – $6,000 + GST

For large businesses in the superyacht industry that benefit from or attend one or two international events and marketing, such as superyacht marinas, manufacturers, agents and project managers.

Corporate Member – $3,000 + GST

For medium businesses in the superyacht industry that have a national or state focus.

Local Membership – $650 + GST

For small businesses in the superyacht industry that have only a local emphasis or superyachts is not a significant focus of the business.

 

Code of Ethics:

Superyacht Australia members agree to adhere to the BIA code of ethics as follows:

  • Act honestly and fairly in all business dealings with the consumer
  • Maintain professional courtesy and integrity at all times.
  • Ensure all advertising and representations are truthful and accurate.
  • At all times act in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Do all that is possible to promote safe boating and educational practices.
  • Render accurate, truthful and expert advice to the community.
  • Strive for excellence in quality of service to customers.
