Hustle is the brainchild of Wade Burns and was established in 2019 in response to a growing interest in property investment for “ordinary people”.

Once perceived as an opportunity for the already wealthy, Wade could see how property investing could bring long term financial security to singles, couples and families.

To test his theory, he established OWN Coaching where he worked one on one with individuals to develop practical property investment strategies and plans.

He also started exploring affordable markets with significant potential and was one of the first in the industry to recognise the Gold Coast as a property investment hot spot. Putting his money where his mouth was, he invested in a number of “off the plan” Gold Coast properties and was impressed by the returns. Next step was informally helping family and friends climb the property investment ladder.

At this point it was time to spread the message and share his experience and knowledge through Hustle. Keeping it small and boutique, Hustle currently has around 120 successful property investors on their books and is looking forward to a bright future.
