A maritime recruitment and consultancy business with representatives in both Australia (Brisbane based) and the USA (Ft Lauderdale based). We mainly are focused on recruitment for engineers as we are all engineers wanting to ensure high standards are kept throughout the industry. We feel there is a big advantage to having engineers vet fellow engineers.

We all hold current licenses and positions on board yachts from 130ft to 230ft. We have all been in the industry for over 10 years and have spent at least six years on one of our past yachts.

We also offer consultant services within Australia and Florida for shipyard periods for yachts. We have extensive contacts in the superyacht industry worldwide and we aim to help make yard periods a little less stressful by taking some of the organisational load off the crew.
