Pennant Distillery is owned and operated by Cameron Shaw, who served ten years as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy. This experience brings a true connection with the Naval origins and traditions of the Gin Pennant, from raising the Pennant up the halyard to enjoying the social camaraderie of fellow service men and women.
Based in Adelaide, Pennant Distillery uses a 25 litre Pot Still to produce very small batches of exceptional gin.
